The default selection is the RFC-773 and it is 7 1/4 inches tall and is only $9.99.  The RFC-973 is 9 1/4 inches tall and is an additional $3.00. A great BBQ trophy with a happy chef admiring his babrequed ribs. Each BBQ Chef trophy comes with 40 characters of free engraving.  Additional engraving is 7 cents per character. (scroll down to purchase and give engraving information)
