Shipping is by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. There will be a minimum of $20.00 shipping and handling. We can ship to an APO address thru the postal service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
If ordering online, allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. We do our best to ship your or in 5 to 7 working days, but it does make life easier if we know the date you need your awards. If you need your order in a hurry, please place your order by phone (1-417-679-0515) to ensure on-time delivery, next day and 2nd-day air shipping available. Rush orders are $20.00 per order if we have the product in stock.
Ribbons & Rosettes
Custom printed ribbons and rosettes require three weeks' notice to avoid a rush charge (20%)
a bridal tab (default selection) or a pin back ( 20 cents extra)
Streamer printing. Print on center steamer only (default selection, no charge). Printing on right streamer is 20 cents extra, and printing on left streamer is 20 cents extra.
Button type; a gold button in the center of rosette head is the default selection. You may have a plain satin button at no additional charge or a printed satin button with logo or word for an additional 20 cents per rosette.
When filling out your wording information, tell us how many of each place or event you need. You are allowed 4 line changes at no charge. Additional lines are $1.00 each per order.
Orders of less than 100 rosette ribbons will be charged a $15.00 setup charge. You may combine places to avoid the setup charge as long as some printing is the same
