The OV-326 are large oval 26.2K marathon medals measures three and one-quarter by two and three-eighths inches. These 26.2K medals have Olympic style neck ribbons. These marathon medals will come with the Olympic style neck ribbon 1 1/2" x 38". The default color is red-white-blue if you want a different color please select from our large selection on the right.
