The OV-326 is a large oval 26.2K marathon medal measuring three and one-quarter by two and three-eighths inches. These 26.2K medals have Olympic-style neck ribbons. These marathon medals will come with the Olympic-style neck ribbon 1 1/2" x 38". The default color is red-white-blue; we also have solid red, white, and blue. If you want a different color, please select from our large selection on the right.
